Terms & Conditions

Licensing & Scope of Practice: 

Omayova Massage + Bodywork is operated by a licensed massage therapist in the state of Colorado.

Massage therapy is provided for relaxation, stress reduction, and therapeutic purposes. It is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are encouraged to seek care from a qualified medical provider for any health concerns.

Booking & Payment:

A $30 deposit is required to secure all appointments.

I accept cash, venmo, paypal and card payments.​

The remaining balance is due at the end of the session.
 

Cancellation Policy: 
Appointments may be canceled at any time. However:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the $30 deposit.

• Cancellations made before 24 hours may transfer the deposit to a future session.
   

No-Show Policy: 
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee to the card on file.

If the card is declined:

• The balance must be paid before booking future sessions

• A note will be added to the client’s file
   

Late Arrival:
There is a 20-minute buffer built into the schedule; however:

• Late arrival may result in a shortened session

• The full session rate will still be charged

• Session time will end at the originally scheduled time to respect following clients
   

Health & Medical Conditions: 
Clients are required to verbally disclose all relevant medical conditions prior to their session.

Massage may be refused if a client presents with symptoms or conditions that are contraindicated.

For certain conditions (including but not limited to blood clots, pitting edema, or other serious concerns), a doctor’s note may be required before services can be provided.

If service is denied due to medical concern, no charge will be applied.
 

Professional Boundaries:

Omayova Massage + Bodywork maintains a strict professional environment.

• Any form of sexual behavior, solicitation, or inappropriate conduct will result in:

  • Immediate termination of the session

  • Full charge of the service

  • Permanent refusal of future services

Minors

Clients under 18 are welcome with parental consent.

• A parent or guardian must be present in the waiting area during the session

• The therapist reserves the right to modify or decline treatment as appropriate
   

Refund Policy:

Client satisfaction matters.

If you are genuinely dissatisfied with your session, the following options may be offered at the therapist’s discretion:

• A refund minus the $30 deposit, or

• A complimentary session to address concerns

• ​

Right to Refuse Service:

Omayova Massage + Bodywork reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Safety concerns

• Inappropriate behavior

• Contraindicated medical conditions
   

Agreement:

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
