About Kayla
Hi! I'm Kayla. I received my massage therapy training at the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, CO in 2017. Since then, I have been practicing in downtown Denver, refining my skills to suit my metropolitan clientele.
I believe most pain is a result of chronic stress, overstimulation, and disconnection from the body. My work focuses on helping the nervous system
s l o w d o w n, reorganize, and release patterns that no longer serve.
Many of my clients come to me feeling burnt out and stuck in patterns that don't resolve with traditional massage therapy. My approach focuses on listening to the body through touch- tracking breath, tissue response, and rhythm to find where tension is held and how it can safely release.
I am not a 'routine' person- each session is spontaneously shaped in real time based on what your body actually needs. Trauma informed and a huge advocate for transparent communication, I strive to provide a safe container for my clients to express their needs.
I am here for you!

My spacious, quiet massage studio is conveniently located in the historic Independence Building in downtown Denver. I am in Suite 316 and the space doubles as a working art studio.
There is plenty of street parking and paid lots available near by. The famous 'Dozens Diner' is also located in the same building where you can snag breakfast or lunch after your session!
